Now, we’re not health fanatics, but we do make choices that help us feel better on a regular basis. We choose:

  • Fresh, real food - nothing processed or canned
  • Meals high in fiber, protein and vitamins
  • Meals low in fat, sugar and cholesterol
  • Cold-pressed juicing
  • Local whenever possible
  • Recycleable and compostable containers


Our Ingredients

We carefully choose our ingredients for their nutritional goodness and natural, delicious flavors because we believe that less processing is better (both for us, and for the planet).

  • Fruits and veggies that are in season and from Colorado
  • Farm2Cup certified coffee
  • Free-trade, organic regular, chai and maté teas
  • Vegan-certified coffee syrups with NO high-fructose corn syrup, artificial colorings or GMOs
  • Natural sweeteners with easy break down (honey, agave, coconut sugar, maple syrup)
  • Tons of naturally gluten-free options

    Wow. Arista Broomfield. Beautiful, peaceful, bright, airy, roomy location on the Boulder freeway, right next door to 1stBank Event Center. Is that Green Day I hear over there? Kings of Leon? Selena Gomez? They all love oats, we can assure you.

    Holy Moly, this delicious South American berry is like nothing we've ever eaten before. And good for you, to boot! Should we have called the place ProsperAçai? Nah, too hard to say.

    ... and meeting thousands, if not millions, of valued, respected and exceptionally welcoming and friendly LoHi friends and neighbors, and stuffing them with delicious, healthful food and drink.

  • The vision.

    Wholesome, quick, portable meals begin changing the way we think about breakfast. We start thinking that breakfast would sure be a lot different if everybody could get their hands on this. Hmmmm….

  • Yogurt joins the team.

    Travel to Israel and experience the most amazing yogurt we’ve ever had, EVER. A full bar of beautiful, fresh, wholesome fruit and nuts and wait, our oat ingredients are perfectly interchangeable with a yogurt base. We may be onto something here.

  • Okay let’s do this.

    Partnerships formed and hands shaken. A third of the team is currently living in Chile and waiting for visa to head back to Denver. Wait, wait, wait while we work, work, work.

  • 2000 -

  • We feel better, we look better, we live better.

    Begin eating steel-cut oats for breakfast practically every day of the week, then start throwing them in for lunch and dinner too.

  • “Holy cow this stuff tastes good!”

    Purchased a japanese rice-maker and threw in some steel-cut oats… we couldn’t believe what we were tasting.
